Melting Chocolate Pudding
Light sponge exterior with a naughty, nutty oozing puddle of chocolate sauce as soon as you dig in. Have I sold the concept yet? So simple but looks like you've worked really hard, shush don't tell anyone!

150g dark chocolate (minimum 70%)
150g butter
2 tbsp honey
Melt these together until butter fully melted over a pan of barely simmering water. Remove from heat, stir and leave for a minute or so to cool.

Roccella Ionica
Boat bits all in place, the windlass works (yipeeee) so we set off from Riposto marina at stupid o'clock. Luckily I was half awake so noticed that the Boss had only untied 2 lines, that would've been interesting!
Dolphins, dolphins everywhere for the first few hours. All hunting and too far away to get decent photos but never fail to make me grin like an over excited toddler.
So I was bored and decided to do a quick workout, Turkish get ups and Russian twists - not for the ...
Mount Etna, Risposto and Taormina
Simply fantastic!
Well yes I could certainly get used to waking to this view, couldn't you?
Delighted to say our parcel arrived so we've got the gypsy, hurray! It's bright and shiny, I just want to kiss it. We stopped at Riposto marina for the night, http://www.portodelletna.com, first impressions are so easily clouded as within 20 mins of tying up there was thunder, rain and gusts of wind. I wasn't happy, but then the sun came out and we went exploring. Loved the ...

Very quick, brief post (like most of my dedicated cardio sessions) from the incredible Tee Major Fitness http://hiitburn.com/5-reasons-you-should-jump-rope-now/
Add to your routine, hey if you live on a boat you've not got a shortage of lines! Look up "Tee Major Fitness" for the best bodyweight exercise routines. Enjoy then take a relaxing swim :-)
Birthday Boy!
It's my birthday so naturally invited on a super yacht, patted and adored by the owners.
No, we're not changing the boat for you tommy! He's 8 yrs old today and grows more loveable and cantankerous with each passing day/month/year I don't really know, you chose! Photo of him as an ugly guinea pig pup (2 days old).
My very lovely aunt owns his dad, so the conversation was along the lines of "Eddies puppies have been born, let's visit them" and next thing you know I'm holding ...
Bring Sally Up, Bring Sally Down
Motoring towards Riposto, a bit bored so time for a challenge :-)
Bring Sally Up....
I love this clip https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=41N6bKO-NVI take the challenge for whatever exercise you feel like doing.
Easy concept, follow the music :-). On "bring Sally up" you're in the highest position of the exercise and on "bring Sally down" the lowest. Some lyric prompts are fast, some slow and enjoy the burn waiting for the next prompt...

Flavoured salt costs how much?
Sorry but I think it's insane, adopt the motto of "someone made it so I can too" and you'll save a bundle! Using flavoured salt also means you're putting less sodium on your plate so that's got to be good.
Flavour ideas I've made so far:
Blitz dried porcini mushrooms to a fine powder (this is good on it's own sprinkled on meats, added to marinades).
Citrus salt: zest unwaxed lemons and oranges. Leave peel on baking parchment for a good 12 hrs to dry out. Blitz when dried if you want it ...
Summer on a plate
Just want to say that food doesn't have to be time consuming or clever, for me it does have to look tasty so I do think about colours as I'm randomly pulling things out of the fridge. This was my lunch, happy and full!
Just shredded some lettuce, chopped a small peach (remove skin, I do), sliced half an avocado (using the rest for a dip later), a few sun dried tomatoes, a couple of slices of smoked meat, crumbled some fresh cheese, added a few walnuts and drizzled with a tiny amount of ...
Gypsy excitement
Awake early full of ideas and enthusiasm. Huge thanks to those who shared the link and left comments either here or feedback on Facebook. All taken onboard, pun unintentional. So delighted you like it!
So explanations on some exercises and stick figure images (I can't draw to save my life, this will be funny!)
Today's recipe ideas are mostly salads (some warm ones), stuffed mushrooms and a few light suppers with Asian flavours. It's suddenly getting hotter where we are, minimum effort ...
