Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients.
4 puréed ripe bananas.

4 eggs, beaten.

150g nut butter of your choice, try mixing butters.

40g almond flour.

40g walnut flour.

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp grated nutmeg.

Zest of 1 orange.

1 tsp baking soda (bicarb. soda)

1 tsp baking powder.

Pinch of salt.
Method. Preheat oven to 180. Grease and line loaf tin.
Blend bananas, nut butter and eggs together until smooth. Add orange zest and mix. Fold in all other ingredients.

Pour into prepared tin and bake for 35 – 40 mins. Leave to cool in the tin.
