Who truly believes he's in charge in typical Jack Russell mentality. Suffers from a severe form of Napolean syndrome so will actively try and take on a Great Dane or suchlike.. Amazing swimmer, great companion, snores like a trooper. Vital part of our crew :-)   

Roasted Whole Garlic

I'm always thinking of other things I can put in the oven when baking something, running out of gas at anchor is a pain many of us know only too well unfortunately.... Delicious, fragrant and the best thing is when this is fully cooked you can eat entire cloves of the stuff without the stinky breath! Make sure your garlic bulb is really fresh, pop onto a square of tinfoil, drizzle with a little olive oil. Close the package and roast when you know the oven is on for a good 40 mins or so.
